Why register for Lighthouse & Campfire?
One of the most meaningful parts of the Lighthouse & Campfire experience is the opportunity to spend time with other people who understand the realities, pressures, responsibilities, and challenges that often come with leadership and high risk work.
Through shared experiences, honest conversations, problem solving, reflection, and time spent together within the environment, participants often build genuine connections, lasting camaraderie, and meaningful relationships that continue long after the experience ends.
Many people spend years carrying significant responsibility for others while rarely having the opportunity to slow down, reflect, exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and connect with people who truly understand those experiences.
Lighthouse & Campfire was intentionally designed to create space for exactly that.

Prepare for your unique journey
Lighthouse & Campfire is an outdoor leadership development experience that takes place within a relaxed natural environment rather than a traditional classroom setting.
Participants should expect a combination of outdoor activities, group interaction, campfire discussion, shared responsibilities, and time spent learning alongside other professionals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
The experience includes time outdoors in changing weather conditions and encourages participation, reflection, open conversation, and a willingness to step outside of normal routines.
Before registering, please review scheduling information, accommodations, packing recommendations, physical expectations, and additional program details to ensure the experience is a good fit for you.

“Teaching life-saving skills taught me that technical knowledge alone is not enough. Communication, leadership, awareness, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with others often matter just as much when conditions become difficult.”
