This inaugural gathering marks the beginning of a different approach to leadership development through shared experiences, meaningful conversations, practical application, reflection, and human connection.

Founding Participants

Those who attend this inaugural experience will become the Founding Participants of Lighthouse & Campfire.

As a Founding Participant, you will help shape the future of the program through your feedback, insights, and shared experiences.

To commemorate the occasion, each Founding Participant will receive a numbered challenge coin from a limited edition series recognizing their role in the inaugural Lighthouse & Campfire experience.

There will only ever be one founding group.
